Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of TRE Antenna (“Antenna”) at antenna.tre.systems, operated by Total Reality Engineering (“we”, “us”).

Early access

Antenna is an early-access product. Anyone with a Google account can sign in. By using the service, you confirm that you are using Antenna for evaluation purposes rather than as a production-critical system of record.

Your account

You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity under your account. Do not share credentials, MCP tokens, or shared collection links with people who should not have access. We may block an email address at any time; blocking takes effect immediately and ends any signed-in session and any agent or MCP access issued to that account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to access another user's collections, signals, or tokens
• Probe, scrape, or overload the service beyond normal product use
• Use Antenna to violate applicable law or third-party rights
• Misrepresent source data, sharing settings, or signal provenance
• Store highly sensitive personal data in prompts when a safer alternative exists

Signals and third-party sources

Antenna aggregates information from third-party sources and services you authorize. We do not guarantee completeness, timeliness, or accuracy of any signal. Source availability, licensing, and display rules may change without notice. Financial and operational signals are informational only and are not investment, legal, or professional advice.

Sharing

Collections are private by default. If you enable shared or public visibility, you are responsible for what becomes accessible through the resulting link. Antenna only exposes signals that pass server-side source policy checks.

Intellectual property

We retain rights in the Antenna service, software, and branding. You retain rights in the content you provide. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, and display that content so the service can function.

Disclaimer

Antenna is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Total Reality Engineering will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business arising from your use of Antenna.

Changes and termination

We may change these Terms or the service at any time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance. We may terminate or limit the preview at any time.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
