Privacy Policy
Last updated: 1 August 2026
TRE Antenna (“Antenna”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Total Reality Engineering. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have when you use Antenna at antenna.tre.systems.
Who this applies to
Antenna is an early-access product. Anyone with a Google account can sign in and create an account. The operator can block an email address, which immediately ends that account's sessions and agent access.
Information we collect
Account and sign-in
When you sign in with Google, we receive basic profile information from Google, including your name, email address, and profile image. We use this to identify your account and display your profile in the app. Sign-in requests profile scopes only: the app does not request access to Google Calendar, Gmail, Drive, or other Google account data.
Collections, signals, and agent access
Antenna stores the collections, signals, configuration, fetched data points, status, and setup requests associated with your account. If you use MCP or other agent integrations, we store OAuth grants and access metadata needed to authenticate those clients on your behalf.
Prompts and product learning
Text you submit when adding signals or planning collections may be stored so Antenna can improve matching and setup flows. Treat prompts as product data, not as a confidential messaging channel.
Technical and security data
We collect standard service logs and error telemetry (for example through Sentry) to keep the service reliable. We also record coarse app-usage events to understand how Antenna is used. Telemetry is filtered to avoid cookies, authorization headers, request bodies, and other sensitive content where possible.
How we use information
- Authenticate you and maintain your session
- Fetch, store, and display the signals in your collections
- Enforce visibility, source policy, and sharing rules
- Operate MCP and agent integrations you authorize
- Monitor reliability, abuse, and security incidents
- Improve the product
We do not sell your personal information.
How we store and protect data
Antenna runs on Cloudflare Workers with D1, R2, and related Cloudflare services. Reusable Google provider tokens are encrypted by Antenna before they are stored. MCP OAuth bearer values use the lookup form required by Better Auth and are protected as secret-bearing infrastructure. Sessions, collections, and signals are private by default. Public or shared views expose only what the Worker source policy allows.
Retention
We retain account and collection data while your account remains active and as needed to operate the service. OAuth grants, sessions, and telemetry are rotated or purged according to operational schedules. You can sign out at any time; contact the operator if you need account deletion.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers needed to run Antenna (for example Cloudflare and Google), when you explicitly enable a shared or public collection link, or when required by law. Shared links are bearer capabilities and should be treated like secrets.
Your choices
- Sign out of Antenna at any time from the app
- Revoke Google or MCP access from Antenna settings or your Google account
- Keep collections private unless you deliberately share them
- Contact the operator to request access removal or account deletion
Children
Antenna is not directed at children and is not offered to users under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product evolves. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
